Pay my at t landline phone bill3/21/2024 ![]() ![]() See 34 active discounts to use on internet, phones & more items. ![]() When I login using my parents' user information, none of the information associated with their address is available, except via the app - I can pay the bill via the MyAT&T app, but I can't view the bill, which is absolutely LUDICROUS. Save up to 10 Off by using a AT&T Wireless promo code. Because I can't access one, I also can't access the other. Both are on the same bill, associated with my parents' address. If you prefer, you are also able to make a one-time payment without logging in. In light of all of that, I suppose I did title this post incorrectly - it's not the dsl landline portion of the bill that I need to access, it's the wireless. If you are the Primary Contact or Administrator, or you have View and Pay access, you are able to make payments on up to 10 accounts at the same time when logged in to My Business Wireless. I don't know what AT&T did, but it wasn't that. We've been trying to get the wireless portion of the bill straightened out for several months now - my brother is in the military, and both his and his wife's lines were supposed to be cancelled while he's deployed overseas. I calculate each of our parts on the bill each month for this reason - the taxes especially seem to fluctuate for who knows what reason. The local utility company is adding fiber coverage, but that's not planned for another year, at least.Īs for why it's not on autopay - two reasons there - 1) it's not my bank account the money comes out of, it's my parents, and it's ultimately up to them as to whether they want it setup for autopay or not, but given that they've had issues with autopay payments in the past, they prefer to pay on their schedule and 2) AT&T seems to love to change our wireless bill whenever it suits them, which is just another reason my brother and I are planning to switch carriers. We've explored wireless options, but no, the cellular coverage for all carriers is extremely spotty. If AT&T can't find a solution, my brother and I have already been discussing taking our business elsewhere - to a company that doesn't make it impossible for a customer to manage their own have absolutely been looking for better options - they live in a very, very rural area, and the DSL landline has been their only option for years. Being unable to access the bill online to view and confirm the charges is extremely frustrating, and the fact that we're paying 300+ for only makes it worse. They only have the DSL line, which is tied to the same billing address as the family wireless plan. Does AT&T have a solution to this problem that doesn't involve us combining user ids? As I mentioned before, they reside at a completely different address, and besides having our family on a family wireless plan, we have separate services. I've had this problem in the past, and was able to resolve it by clearing cookies/cache and accessing the site via incognito mode. They reside at a completely separate address. They have their own user id for accessing the account, and I have my own user id for my own services. I do get prompted for the passcode on the app. ![]() Normally, when logging into the site to access their account and pay the bill, I am prompted for a passcode - I have not been getting that prompt via chrome on my chromebook. I've had to resort to paying the bill via the MyAT&T app, but even via the app, the bill itself is inaccessible. Recently, I've been unable to access their bill to view it or pay it. I'll have to see what happens with my wireless and my DirecTV bills next month.I have to pay my parents' internet and our combined wireless phone bill for my parents, due primarily to the fact that they only have 3Mb DSL, and the att site is completely inaccessible to them. Perhaps AT&T is hoping they will be able to rake in late fees, or they were inspired by the recent sneakiness of Wells Fargo Bank? Pretty poor way to treat someone who has been an AT&T customer since the 1950s, though. However, I'm curious as to why this was done in the first place (more windfall profits to the board?) and second why there wasn't any advance notice. She very kindly gave me the mailing address: Turns out, AT&T decided to stop including envelopes but she could not explain why AT&T decided to no longer print the mailing address on the pay stub. So I called AT&T, fought my way through their phone-tree swamp, and finally got to speak with a real live person. No problem, I'll just put it in a non-AT&T window envelope - WT.?! the AT&T address was missing from the payment stub! Imagine my surprise when I opened my bill today and found AT&T had left out the payment envelope. ![]()
